There are several terraces both covered and uncovered to offer the very best in private sunbathing, shade and privacy surrounding the house and around the grounds, which themselves boast the shade of palm trees in abundance, lemon, orange and grapefruit trees, as well as a private olive grove, all beautifully maintained for guests enjoyment. A BBQ area can be found on the upstairs terrace with easy access to the kitchen.
