The outdoor pergola shaded terrace & dining area are equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs making them ideal for relaxing, enjoying the silence and stunning scenery. In front of the villa there are two guesthouses which can be rented on request to increase the capacity to 18 people. Each guest house is approximately 120 sq.m. and accommodates 6 guests.

The main villa, which is 200 sq.m., has 3 double bedrooms, spacious living room & kitchen decorated and furnished in elegant and comfortable fittings. The interior of the property is extremely refined; white curtains, spectacular leather couches and antique pieces reveal that every part of the house has been decorated learnedly, luxuriously. Plentiful windows, create a light and pleasant environment, give a sense of continuity of the outdoors, and allow full enjoyment of the landscape from inside the house.

Particularly pleasant are the furnished terraces, which offer a range of settings in which to enjoy dinner or breakfast. A staff of two work every day to clean the villa, carry out maintenance work and take care of the pool & garden. The staff live in a separate house to ensure complete privacy to the guests.
