Connected to the living room, on a higher level, there is a dining table leading to the fully equipped kitchen and a decorative traditional oven.
Also, there is a bathroom (shower & toilet) and two cosy bedrooms, the master one with a double bed, and the other one with two single beds.
In the lower part, there are two studios of 25 m2 with en-suite facilities, small multifunctional-kitchen, and independent verandas. One studio has 2 Single beds and the other one has three single beds.
The traditional village of Ano Mera, 1 km distance, has many supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, bakeries, automatic bank, and a pharmacy. Besides, Ftelia beach has two nice restaurants for lunch and dinner, Alemagou and Ftelia, in a walking distance (0,5km). The closest beaches for swimming, except Ftelia, are Kalo Livadi, Elia, and Kalafatis.
